For Items purchased at our Brick and Mortar store:
1. Edible items may not be returned or exchanged, even if unopened.
2. Non Edible items may be exchanged for any other item of equal or greater value, only if:
- The item is in its original, unused condition, and
- The original store receipt is presented at time of exchange, and
- The item has all accessories, packaging, tags, instructions, and media intact, and
- Exchange is within 30 days of original purchase date.
3. Clothing, Sale, special order, seasonal, and customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
4. All exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
For items purchased at our Online store:
1. Edible items may not be returned or exchanged, even if unopened.
2. Non Edible items may be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value, only if:
- The item is in its original, unused condition, and
- A printed store receipt is sent at time of exchange, and
- The item has all accessories, packaging, tags, instructions, and media intact, and
- Exchange is within 30 days of original purchase date.

5. Unless item is damaged during shipping, all shipping charges incurred due to an exchange will be paid by customer.
6. If an item arrives damaged:
- Do not throw away the packaging.
- Take clear photographs of the packaging as it arrived and the broken item
- Contact us by email to request an exchange.
- We will send you an RA Number and instructions for sending the item back to us.
- We are not responsible for items sent to us without our prior consent.
